Discovery call, data collection, agent build, integration testing, review call. Typically 10 to 15 working days from the signed agreement to your first live call.

Monthly retainer includes ongoing tuning, service updates, and a dedicated support line. If something changes at your clinic, we update Aria within 24 hours.
